Everything was perfect, superfriendly staff, unbeatable location really close to the beach, restaurants and the center as well as the port and the historical city center. The room was cool and cosy. There was a remodeled.

The location is fantastic, just across the street from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the town center. The room is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is new and immaculate. The service provided by Alexia, the host, is excellent. She's very kind, helpful, and even provides useful items such as sun lotion and disposable razors. it's a great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation.
The only downside is that the rooms weren't clearly marked, which caused some confusion and unexpected visitors.

The host was very friendly. the location is peaceful and convenient, close to the town center, ferry terminal, and many excellent restaurants. - There is a nice restaurant, Barbecue Break, just a 10-minute walk away.

I had a great 4-night stay here! There were an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioner in my twin room, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. - the location was unbeatable and excellent, within walking distance from a port.

sweetmar rooms-ground floor was a hidden gem in kos town. the hosts were fantastic, providing valuable recommendations and even helping me get my backpack fixed. the apartment itself was reasonably priced, clean, and had mosquito nets for a comfortable sleep.
